主要职责:
提供IT系统维护和故障排除的技术服务
进行系统故障查找和诊断，确保高水平的服务和响应时间
按照ISO标准维护所有故障和维修记录
参与项目实施，并协助项目经理成功完成项目和维护工作
以专业和高效的方式处理客户询问、请求和投诉
主动解决问题，提供IT解决方案以改善运营
协助团队成员进行根本原因分析和项目相关活动，包括部署、安装和测试
与供应商合作，实施项目改进并维护项目计划
确保在组织的多个职能部门成功实施
报告延误情况，并提出替代解决方案
执行值班任务，按照标准操作程序接听服务请求电话并处理故障呼叫问题

要求:
Degree in Information Technology/ IT Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics 或相关领域的学位
熟悉IT桌面支持
能够按值班时间表工作
拥有自己的交通工具，愿意在不同地点和外地出差
学习能力强，能够在压力下工作
机智灵活，善于团队合作，能够独立工作
具有良好的英语口头和书面沟通能力

薪资范围: RM 2,000.00 - 2,500.00

Job Advertisement: IT System Integrator Support Technician
SysEra IT Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT System Integrator Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and project implementation services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical services for the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems
Perform fault finding and diagnosis of system breakdowns, ensuring high levels of service and response times
Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards
Attend project implementations and assist Project Managers for successful completion of projects and maintenance issues
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
Proactively solve problems and initiate IT solutions to improve operations
Assist in root cause analysis and project-related activities, including deployment, installation, and testing
Collaborate with vendors to implement project enhancements and maintain project plans
Ensure successful implementations across multiple functions in the organization
Report delays and initiate alternative solutions
Perform standby duties, answering service request phone calls and attending to fault call issues following SOPs

Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology/ IT Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics, or related fields
Familiarity with IT desktop support
Able to work on stand-by schedule
Have own transportation and willing to travel between sites and outstation
Fast learner and able to work under pressure
Resourceful, team player, and able to work independently
Good command of English for verbal and written communication

Benefits:
Salary range: RM 2,000.00 - 2,500.00
