Dear Valued Customers who is using Autocount payroll and UBS payroll system,

We have prepared a guide regarding the latest SKBBK (LINDUNG 24 JAM) update, following PERKESO's announcement on Liability Release Notice. Local employee has chosen *NOT* to participate in the LINDUNG 24 Jam Scheme required *submitting a liability release declaration* through the LINDUNG Benefits portal. Action is only required for local employees who choose not to participate in the scheme. If *no opt-out* is submitted by *31 August 202* 6, the employee will be *automatically enrolled* in the LINDUNG 24 Hour Scheme.

1. Your staff is required to fill in the form to agree or disagree to contribute Skim24.
2. HR staff is required to login into https://lindungfaedah.perkeso.gov.my/auth/ for submission.

PERKESO SKBBK: How to *Exempt* an Employee from Contributions

In accordance with Section 9 of Act 4 (Amendment), employees who are concurrently employed by *TWO OR MORE* employers are required to designate a single employer for the purpose of contributing to the PERKESO Skim Lindung 24 Jam (SKBBK).
