·Improving test approach and test cases/scripts to find regression issues (Regression Testing).

·End to end testing of company's decoders (All models) which includes manual, functional and non-functional testing.
·Identify gaps in processes and services across production and test environments
·Publishing defect report, tracking, and follow-up with fix validation
·Supporting field trials and soak testing
·Providing any ad-hoc testing required to validate fixes on development software
·Develop test tool and automated test scripts (if any)

• Hands-on experience with UNIX /Oracle HA and DR technologies (RAC, DataGuard, etc.)

This position is for an experienced technician on the Desktop Support team responsible for
partnering with both Client’s IT design teams and Level 1 Service Desk to provide support for core infrastructure and desktop technologies standard to Client’s operating environment.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Primary desktop support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management Infrastructure, Video Conferencing systems, and Client’s L3 application teams.
Responsible for technical troubleshooting, data gathering, and GAP analysis for issues impacting end users globally.
Ensures consistent processes, procedures and technologies are utilized across the Client’s enterprise environment.
Understand and follow directions provided by the Application and System Services team leads and managers.
Document recurring issues in the Client’s Knowledge Base
Document in detail case status and tasks/work completed with end-users in the Client’s ITSM system
Follow the Client’s critical incident process.
