💡【6月1日起，SOCSO / PERKESO 缴纳率调整】
从 2026年6月1日 开始，SOCSO（PERKESO）员工缴纳率将有所调整：
✅ 60岁以下员工
员工缴纳率将从原有的 0.5% 提高至 1.25%，并将在未来5年逐步提升至 1.75%。
✅ 60岁及以上员工
原本无需缴纳的员工，现在需缴纳 0.75%，并将在未来5年逐步提升至 1.25%。
📌 特别注意：
如果您同时拥有超过一位雇主，可以自行选择由哪位雇主代扣代缴这项员工SOCSO供款。

💡 New SOCSO (PERKESO) Contribution Rates Effective 1 June 2026
✅ Employees below 60 years old
Employee contribution rate will increase from 0.5% to 1.25%, and will gradually rise to 1.75% over the next 5 years.
✅ Employees aged 60 and above
Employees who were previously exempted from contributions will now contribute 0.75%, gradually increasing to 1.25% within 5 years.
📌 Good to know:
If you have more than one employer, you may choose which employer will deduct and remit this employee contribution on your behalf.

Attention Million Payroll users, effective 1 June 2026 the software has added the ⭐ new SOCSO Lindung 24 Jam contribution scheme ⭐

The payroll system will now calculate and include the additional employee contribution according to the latest SOCSO requirements for payroll processed from June 2026 onwards. The system will automatically switch to the new submission format required by the SOCSO portal.

Kindly update your system at your earliest convenience to ensure accurate SOCSO contribution calculations and to avoid any discrepancies.
