Hearing a lot these days about ๐๐ก๐๐ญ๐๐ฉ๐ญ. It is catching up fast, and this seems to be the future.
This made me think about the technological evolution we have been through in just the last 10 years. More so, how we have adapted to change, transitioning from cable phones to learning how to create an email id, then using smartphones, Skype, video meetings, Zoom, and what not. ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ ๐๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ก ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง.

Not just in technology but in every sphere. Leaders must always be alert to the changing times and keep adapting. Strategies that worked just 2-3 years back no longer work. Even the strategy does not work for another similar situation. And, to handle people management challenges, leaders need to adapt and innovate with every situation. Handbooks, rules, and regulations also need to adapt to changing times and situations.
Adaption is a very important quality of leadership. Along with being alert to changing situations, leaders must also enhance their learning to keep abreast with the changing times and improve their knowledge base.
