- Provide Technical Support for End-users’ workstations
- Respond to all Ticket Request
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of different operating systems and software
- Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, Internet connectivity, Email Client configuration issues
- Manage and control all office software updates
- Perform all hardware and desktop support responsibilities
- Printer end-users’ configuration and installation
- Perform other tasks deemed necessary by management
-To perform the installation, product troubleshooting and configuration of ELV / IT solutions on site those related devices.
-Carry out inspection and testing on all works are completed in accordance with the standard and specifications.
-Perform User Acceptance Test / Service Reports and documentation with the customer and contractors on the hard-over stage.
-To assist the project manager in coordinating the project implementation between vendor and MXS-Ensure all projects adhere to all plans, regulations and safety measures taken appropriately.
-To learn new products and technologies as they become available and to find the best methods for use.
