解法有两部分：冗余（第二条线）和故障切换（第一条一断，几秒内自动切到第二条）。但有个坑，两条线若来自同一家运营商、走同一条管道，一铲就能两条一起断，那不算真冗余。

The office goes quiet, every screen stops, the card terminal will not connect, and the provider says: we are working on it, no ETA. In September 2024, a single submarine cable fault slowed Unifi for users nationwide for days. The problem is not that a line failed. Lines always eventually fail. The problem is having only one.

The fix, in plain language: redundancy (a second line) and failover (automatic switchover in seconds). The catch: the second line must be a different carrier on a different path, or one cut cable takes out both.
