🚀 We’re Hiring: System Infrastructure Support Engineer (Windows/Linux)

📍 Location: Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor | 🕒 Full-Time

Are you passionate about enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and automation? Join our dynamic IT team and help us build and support robust, scalable systems that power business success.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Deploy and manage large-scale systems (Citrix, RedHat, VMware, Nutanix, Cohesity, Dell, Lenovo, HPE).
- Support HCI, database, cloud & endpoint solutions (vSAN, MSSQL, Oracle, Azure, AWS, Trend Micro, etc.).
- Manage OpenShift clusters: deploy, configure, optimize, and secure.
- Design and maintain enterprise backup & disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Veritas).
- Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, clustering).
- Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Monitor systems using Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and cloud teams. Document everything.

🎓 What You Bring:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Linux/Unix admin skills (a plus).
- Hands-on with enterprise backup tools.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
- Knowledge of virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.
- Team player, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile.

⭐ Bonus Points:
- Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), IIS.
- Certifications: RHCE, RHCSA, VCP, Microsoft Certified.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins.
