At Systemizer Technic & ST Teknologi Malaysia Sdn Bhd, we believe that success is not only measured by milestones achieved, but also by taking time to express gratitude and appreciate the people who make those achievements possible.

Our recent two-day company event was a meaningful celebration of gratitude, teamwork, and employee appreciation.

The event began with a prayer & doa kesyukuran session at our office, bringing employees together to reflect on our journey, give thanks for our achievements, and seek continued blessings for the future. The day then concluded with a team dinner at Canton Boy, providing an opportunity for colleagues to connect and celebrate in a relaxed setting.

The following day, our team enjoyed a special outing in Kuala Lumpur, starting with a lunch buffet at the renowned Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur as part of our employee appreciation initiative, management surprised employees with reward packets and encouraged them to spend the afternoon purchasing something meaningful for themselves or their loved ones.

The day concluded with a gathering at Two Sons Bistro On The Park, where team members shared their purchases and the stories behind them. It was a simple yet meaningful reminder that recognition goes beyond rewards—it is about creating memorable experiences and celebrating the people who contribute to our success every day.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Managing Director, Hairie Zairel Oh, and the management team for their generosity, leadership, and commitment to fostering a workplace culture built on gratitude, care, and appreciation.
