The future is brighter when young minds are given the opportunity to innovate...

Earlier this month, students from secondary schools across Ogun State gathered for a remarkable digital innovation and technology showcase organized by the Ogun State Chapter of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS). The event provided a platform for students to demonstrate practical digital skills, present innovative projects, and engage with technology beyond the traditional classroom.
The programme highlighted the creativity, problem-solving ability, and technological potential of young learners, proving that with the right guidance and exposure, students can become active contributors to Nigeria's digital future rather than mere consumers of technology.

Beyond the competition and presentations, the event served as an avenue to encourage digital literacy, innovation, collaboration, and critical thinking among students. It also connected participants with professionals and mentors who shared valuable insights on technology, career opportunities, and the rapidly evolving digital landscape.

We are delighted that our Chief Operating Officer, Oluwadamilola Oyesola, the Education Secretary of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), Ogun State Chapter, was among the facilitators and coordinating team members who contributed to the success of this impactful initiative.

We were pleased today, to welcome the Industrial Training Supervisor from Government Technical College, Abeokuta, to Jaroy Investments Limited for a routine assessment visit of the students currently undergoing their Industrial Training with us.

The visit provided an opportunity to review the students' progress, evaluate their performance, and discuss the practical skills they have developed during their placement.
It was encouraging to see the growth they have demonstrated in key workplace competencies, including professional typing, email communication, Google Forms creation, customer relations, document management, printing, and photocopying services.

We believe that meaningful learning happens through practical experience. We are proud to contribute to the development of young professionals by providing an environment where they can build relevant skills, gain confidence, and prepare for future career opportunities
