Macbook Pro vs Macbook Air
With a total of three MacBook Pro models to choose from and a powerful M1 chip that has made the MacBook Air a legitimate beast, deciding whether to go for MacBook Pro or Air can't be any more stressful. However, I have made a list of some distinguishing factors to make your decision easier.
MacBook Air Is what you should go for if :
You are in a budget but still need something that delivers some of the best performance you’ll find in a mainstream laptop.(Starting price $999.)
You want lots of power for your everyday work.
You want something portable and if gold is your thing.
You don't want noise, MacBook Air is the only MacBook in the current lineup without a fan inside.
You should get the MacBook Pro 13-inch if:
You want more higher performance than MacBook Air without spending too much with longer battery life (Starting price: $1,299.)
You want a MacBook with Apple’s highly polarizing Touch Bar and without a notch.
You should go for the MacBook Pro 14-inch or 16-inch if:
You want and can afford the most powerful Macbook Pro (Starting price: $1,999 (14-inch); $2,499 (16-inch)
You care for many ports (Ports: 3 Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports HDMI)
You want the best we**am resolution of up to 1080p on a Mac.
You want the biggest, sharpest and most fluid displays of any Mac and that feature a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
