The third arm is the commercial sector made up of four divisions namely the Network Infrastructure Core, Enterprise Software Core, Domain Ecosystem Core and the Training & Intelligence Core. The Legal & Audit unit, Media & Public Relations unit, Accounts unit and Secretariat make up the divisions within the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. Applicants must have a strong software development background or past programming experience, and experience with architecture of enterprise systems, must have strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Candidate should be able to articulate thoughts and motivate fellow team members. Spot and integrate with talented developers. Must be driven and result oriented, and have the ability to manage software projects and development. Applicants must be highly motivated, detail-oriented and have the passion for learning new technologies. Object-oriented development skills, and experience with the Microsoft .NET development environment are a plus

Roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Work with a team of developers.
Continuous focus on improved work process
Oversee quality improvement initiatives
Oversee the development and implementation of projects with the constraints of budget, timeline and quality.
Report to multiple stake holders, including Global e-Business Consulting Group and Nigeria based Consulting Groups.
Technical skills required include:

Experience with C #, C++, Java, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, XML/XSL, HTML/XHTML/CSS, SQL, DHTML, _JavaScript.
Familiarity with Visual Source Safe, Visual Studio .Net, Visio, Unit testing, content management systems, and ORMs.
Enterprise application development and full software development life cycle experience a plus.
Experience in developing applications which use Analysis services, ADSI, COM+, Sharepoint, BizTalk and UML a plus.
