Doubleyou is honoured to host Dr. Naren Prasad, Head of Education & Training at the International Labour Organization (ILO), at the inaugural session of the Builders’ Room, as part of the inauguration activities for the African Student Impact Program (ASIP).

The Builders’ Room is a core part of ASIP, a space where young African builders engage directly with experienced leaders, experts and changemakers, learning from their journeys and gaining practical perspectives on how to turn knowledge into impact.

For this inaugural session, Dr. Prasad will speak on:

Building Africa’s Future: From Education to Impact

He will share from his personal and professional journey, followed by an interactive Q&A with our fellows.

ASIP is bringing together students from 19+ African countries to learn, collaborate, and develop practical solutions to challenges across our continent.

This is only the beginning.

Africa’s future will not only be discussed. It will be built.

Students from 19+ African Countries Applied to Join the African Student Impact Program.

We are truly overwhelmed and grateful for the response to the inaugural African Student Impact Program (ASIP) by Doubleyou Center.

Students from 19+ African countries have stepped forward to be part of a Pan-African community of young people ready to learn, collaborate, build, and lead.

What began as a vision to bridge the gap between university education and practical experience is becoming something much bigger, a growing community connecting young Africans across borders, universities, and disciplines.

The selection process is now underway as our team carefully reviews applications and identifies the fellows who will form the inaugural ASIP cohort.

We are excited about the journey ahead and the opportunity to equip these young Africans with practical experience, leadership exposure, mentorship, innovation skills, and the confidence to turn ideas into impact.

To every student who applied: Thank you.
Thank you for believing in the vision.
Thank you for stepping forward.
Thank you for choosing to build.

Africa's future will be built. And at Doubleyou Center, we are building the builders. 🌍
