The Anambra State Ministry of Basic Education in partnership with Integral Development Konsult (IDK) and Teenovative Africa is hosting the Anambra State Education Digitalization Summit (ANSEDS) 2022 with the theme: Digitalizing Anambra State Basic Education System.
This summit is a follow- up to the 2020 e-conference held in Anambra State with the theme: "FACING THE NEW NORMAL: POST COVID-19 EDUCATION IN ANAMBRA STATE" organized by Ministry of Basic Education and Integral Development Konsult (IDK). The e-conference was predicated on the outbreak of Covid-19 and its consequent effects on the education sector in particular.
ANSED Summit 2022 will be a 2-day virtual cm on-site event which will also be displayed on our various media channels.
The summit goal is to bridge the digital divide in the State Basic Education Ecosystem by engaging top ICT organisation, relevant Government office, and international agencies to discuss the way forward as well as provide and implement practical solutions towards achieving digital education in Anambra State in line with international standards.
The Summit is scheduled to hold both online and onsite as follows:
Date: 24th – 25th February, 2022
Venue: IDK Learning Centre, Awka, Anambra State Nigeria (For onsite participation) & online technology conferencing app (For online participation).
Time: 10am prompt

There is a growing concern to bridge the wide gap in digital education in Anambra State Basic Education system as well as to meet its ICT needs in order to achieve the State's digital education development agenda. Sequel to this concern, Anambra State Ministry of Basic Education in partnership with Integral Development Konsult (IDK) and Teenovative Africa are hosting the Anambra State Education Digitalization Summit (ANSEDS) 2022.

ABOUT THE SUMMIT
This summit is a follow- up to the 2020 e-conference held in Anambra State tagged "FACING THE NEW NORMAL: POST COVID-19 EDUCATION IN ANAMBRA STATE"; which was predicated on the outbreak of Covid-19 and its consequent effects on the education sector in particular.

ANSED Summit 2022 will be a virtual cm on-site event tailored to bring together top ICT organizations in Nigeria and Africa that will meet the ICT needs of Anambra State in bridging the digital divide within the state's basic education ecosystem. It will also set a digital education development agenda for the achievement of educational excellence and boosting effective teaching and learning in line with the new normal in Anambra State Basic School System.
