CLOSING NOTE
Our prices are designed to be transparent, competitive, and fair to everyone. To ensure timely delivery and protect the quality of service, please note the following standard terms:
• Booking & Payment: For bulk departmental jobs, a minimum 30% deposit is required to secure scheduling; the balance is due on delivery. For very large jobs we may request 50% upfront.
• Materials: Where the department supplies paper and consumables, please confirm quality and quantity before work begins. If CF Tech supplies materials, those costs will be invoiced separately.
• Turnaround & Scheduling: Delivery times depend on job volume and existing queue. Priority turnaround can be arranged at an agreed surcharge.
• Quality Assurance: All output is checked for completeness and legibility. Any rework due to our error will be corrected at no extra charge. Errors from supplied files or poor originals may attract additional charges.
• Confidentiality: Examination papers and other sensitive academic materials are handled with strict confidentiality. We can sign a confidentiality undertaking on request.
• Validity: This price list is valid for 60 days from the date of issue, after which prices may be reviewed.
