We are looking for a tenacious and ambitious salesperson that is happy to work for targets, well networked and able to travel when required for marketing and to represent the company at events. Thinking dynamically, our Marketer will help us build our brands and be able to contribute effectively as we expand. This role requires proactive marketing skills, excellent organization & planning skills.

The objectives:
1. To contribute to the growth of the business through the generation of profitable sales.
2. To be responsible for all internal and external marketing and sales activities.
3. To meet and exceed company's monthly and annual targets
4. To develop and implement a full marketing and sales strategy across all products and services of the company
The role includes;
1. Effectively market and sale all the company' products and services - which include B2B marketing for consumer products
2. Devising and implementing sales strategy for our products and services.
3. Effectively developing sales channels and ensuring targets are achieved;
4. Identifying and developing potential business partners through account management processes;
5. Keeping abreast of market developments, challenges and opportunities.
6. Ensuring that market knowledge is up to date and an analysis SWOP is relevant to the market reality.
7. Perform potential client research including meeting key players in the industry;
8. Actively seek and conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients as well as attending fairs and events;
9. Representing the company at clients meetings, local exhibitions, fairs and conferences in order to build relationships where applicable.
10. Network with prospective customers effectively to achieve sales
11. Ensuring that customers expectations are met.
12. Bid for contract and other opportunities in the region;
13. Ensuring marketing collateral is developed and relevant to targeted clients
14. Provide regular activity reports to the Managing Director or Marketing Manager including but not limited to market information, forecasts, strategy reports/updates
15. 5. Collect and compare pertinent data on the target market, making recommendations and writing proposals
