New Real Estate Design Project!

Proud to share this premium flyer design created for Crownstone Properties to showcase The Haven Residences, London , a perfect blend of modern luxury and everyday comfort.

My focus for this design was clarity, elegance and strong visual storytelling. Every element was crafted to highlight the property’s key features at a glance:

2 & 3 Luxury Bedroom Apartments
Underground Parking
Lounge & Garden Area
Concierge & Surveillance
Fully Fitted Kitchen
Gym & Spa

The goal was simple: communicate luxury, trust, and lifestyle in one cohesive visual.

Here is a well detailed design for a Youth Hangout and this design was nicely cooked to get the attention of youth out there to join the hangout, chill and keep long lasting memories

Creating this design took me a while because nepa showed me shege and also I had some stuff to handle alongside. This design looks too good to keep in my file 😋

Though I had much on my desk but I got to show up regardless because it was a must.

So let's pretend I know what I'm actually doing for the next few weeks and show up here regardless of the constant self-doubt.

Creating masterpieces doesn’t always require too much, it simply requires clarity. A sleek and well-understood brief can shape a design that truly captivates.

While working on today’s design, I spent hours researching how photography brands communicate visually and studying how competitors position themselves in this niche. One thing became clear: if you want to stand out, people must instantly recognize the tools, styles and visual language you represent.

By combining tool-based ideation with intentional color choices, typography and layout I created this beautiful piece for Luxfame Visuals. The design that reflects clarity, creativity, and functionality.
