The Management of the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) wishes to notify the Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred and Seventy (13,670) diplomates (Diploma Graduates) of the former Lagos State Polytechnic, whose details are contained in the attached list, to proceed with the collection of their National Diploma (ND) and/or Higher National Diploma (HND) certificates as scheduled below.

Date: Monday, 4th May to Friday, 5th June, 2026
Time: 8:30am to 3:00pm daily
Venue: Examinations and Records Division (Library Complex), Ikorodu Campus
Subsisting Processing Fee: Ten Thousand and Fifty Naira (₦10,050.00) only
(This fee will be reviewed upward after the deadline)
Requirements for Collection of Certificates
*Full-Time Programmes*
Original and photocopy of Letter of Completion (LOC)
Receipt of payment of ₦10,050.00 (non-refundable)
Government-recognized means of identification
(NIN slip, Voter’s Card, valid Driver’s License, International Passport, or National Identity Card)

*Part-Time Programmes*
Clearance for issuance of certificate (issued by the Part-Time School attended)
Original and photocopy of Letter of Completion (LOC)
Receipt of payment of ₦10,050.00 (non-refundable)
Government-recognized means of identification
(NIN slip, Voter’s Card, valid Driver’s License, Passport, or National Identity Card)
Collection of Certificate by Proxy
Letter of Authorization written by the diplomate, containing:
✅ Full name of the applicant (certificate owner)
A handwritten authorization clearly permitting the proxy to collect the certificate, duly signed and dated, stating the reason for inability to collect in person
Name and relationship of the proxy, clearly identified with a valid means of identification
✅ Recent passport photographs of both the applicant and proxy, signed across the face by the applicant
✅ Phone numbers of both the applicant and the accredited proxy
✅ COLOUR copy of International Passport, valid Driver’s License, NIN slip, or Voter’s Card
✅ Payment receipt of the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) only
✅ Original and photocopy of Letter of Completion (LOC)
✅ Clearance for issuance of certificate for Part-Time Programmes (issued by the Part-Time School attended)
Please note that all means of identification presented must be in colour printing.
