The corona virus pandemic has launched the entire globe into a crisis period where trade, entertainment, sports, tourism, transportation ( aviation and maritime ), manufacturing, agricultural, and other service oriented industries have found it inevitable but to close business. Money circulation can only be imagined in this kind of crisis period. Revenue collection and hence government obligation to the people will be a serious challenge to a responsible government. Education of the population as a service from government to the people and a profit making venture to willing private investors, is not left out as one of the services that is badly crippled in a lockdown situation (period).
But in times of crisis opportunities are created. The corona virus has created an avenue for government and corporate organizations to re-evaluate the business process and daily routines. Obviously no smart organization or enterprise will love to be locked down and disarmed from carrying out it's business functions. The losses accumulated can not be quantified. Some of these opportunities (terms) are already known but not fully explored. But a time like the covid-19 lockdown may have created an opportunity for re-evaluation and full exploration of this options. No doubt the exploration of this options are beneficial to any organization ( government or corporate ).
