Before we have website today, the traditional way to ask for price is by asking the seller, how much is this then you negotiate if it is negotiable.

We come pass that age, we need to start bargaining prices until we see each other.

We now have a website but most people still underrate the pricing page or section part of a website. Just like this ebook cover design company I bumped into while I was doing my research on this underrated sections.

They have good reviews but don't have a pricing page for the cost of their service.

I will love to know how much your service cost before I conclude that I will buy from you.

That why you see most big brand and company that sells software put their pricing there on their website, so you won't have to ask them question.

You can apply that too, let people know what they are getting straight up when they purchase at a certain price.

Because of No PRICING PAGE most brand loose customers.

Add a pricing page to your website name your price on your website and you will have a clear audience that can purchase your products or services.

it's a happy Monday and a new week.

It's been 2weeks, I have been working on this information to bring to you and also to tell every business owner, freelancer and curator that you will be losing a lots of benefits if these sections or pages are missing on your website.

For today, the first page or section most business owners and brands underrated and ignore is;
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This page is always removed from a website because many business owner feels it is irrelevant to be there, they feel like what else do people want to know?

Then the reverse effect is, people don't know anything and they want to know more about you or your brand.

The marketing sense and strategy behind it is, you are giving out some sort of guarantee on your services or product.

Question that have been asked frequently from you by people is to tell that, people particularly want to know more.

Those questions that have been asked, provide the answers too.

In order for you to save yourself stress and you will know when a customer is coming to you, questions are being answered already.

Is either they are coming for purchase or for a negotiation.

The only way you are reducing customer through your website is not having this page or section.

𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁)

It was 1969, when Uncle Jacob made up is mind to study Computer Science.

He love his mother so much that he will send letters to her almost every day but not all days.

Uncle Jacob will always receive letter from his mother too but may not be on that day she wrote it or even that day it gets to the post office.

All these made him so worried that, since he gained admission he has always thought of ways to send letters to his mother that she will receive it that day and also send it back that day.

Uncle Jacob, since his first year in the university he kept doing research since he his a computer science student.

In 1970, he designed a piece called e-letter because his love for his mother still keep burning. He tried the e-letter system it worked and then he tried sending it to his mother but she didn't have the unique ID and she don't know how to create it. Then he wrote a letter with instructions on how it could be used.

Finally, the letter got to her and she read the instructions with the help of Uncle Jacob brother she could set it up to communicate with her and his siblings.

She sent her first e-letter it went through but Jacob didn't know he had received an e-letter from his mother.

Until he checked 2days later he saw the message and it was like what can be done.

Then he created additional features to the e-letter system that made it possible for him to be able to send e-letter without being active on the e-letter system.

Each time she send e-letter to him, he received and send a template reply instantly which will make his mother to feel he has responded, he has this template of message he send to this mother everyday that makes his mother feels that Uncle Jacob is checking up on her everyday without him sending reply whenever she send reply to him.

Until 1975, when his e-letter system turns to email by some other guy.

Then, In 1978. A man named Gary Thuerk send out the first bulk email campaign which made the company $13 million in sales.

From that time, Uncle Jacob invention saved lives and business till this very day.

You want to keep your business up and running without your intervention and the sales keep rolling up.

You want to save the stress of so many reply whereby reply can be done instantly when you have a sequence of email to be sent.

Continuation of yesterday's post.

Automating sales on your website goes a long way for you and your brand.

In a perfect way you could have an assistant bot on your website that does these;

👉 Walk Visitors through a sequence of questions that will result to sales.

👉 Give helpful content to your visitors if you have much products for different reasons.

👉 Help reduce the stress of answering questions.

Let's take this for example you have 5 categories of services and you want to give some of your curious visitors insight on them.

Some time when you write a long article on it, It is kind of boring.

You use a conversation bot.

Like a real estate company with a chat bot that list all kind of services they render apart from selling and buying.

Read a simple conversation between a visitor and the bot.

Bot: Hi, dear. How may I be of help and kindly tell me your name so we become friend. My name is Max.

Visitor: Thank you max. My name is Tony.

Bot: Thank you Tony. How can I be of help with our product and services listed here.

1. investment
2. buying and selling properties
3. building materials

kindly reply with the number.

𝗛𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱.
It didn't happen on purpose, I am sorry ma.
Seems you are crazy, why will you barge into my house like that.
The owner of the home yelled, at Chucks the Home Improvement Guy.
Out of shame, he walked out and then started thinking about his life.
He said this is the grind and hustle, he won't give.
He entered another building, and the security in charge of the house, Unleashed the German Shepherd to chase him that he is a thief.
Chuks, almost lost hope until he saw another home improvement agency majestically into the house he was chased away from.
Now, he concluded truly truly, My village people are following me.
Is this not someone that walk in majestically and they didn't chase him, he felt weak and sober but he said to himself, I will wait for these people to come out and ask them how they gained access to this home?
It was past 2pm, the guys finished their service and were prepared to leave then Chucks bumped into them with his hand pleading to them.
Sir, I was chased out of this building but you walked majestically yet we do the same thing please tell me how did you do it.
Then, the other guy Chuckled and said my friend you don't enter people's homes to tell them what you do.
Then he told him will you listen to me or not.
Chucks Nod his head rapidly with curiosity that yes I am listening.
These are things you should do and that is what I am doing.
📌 Firstly, have a website where people will see you and what you've done on the website.
If possible tell the people you've worked with in their homes before to help you do a recording that your work is perfect.
📌 Try to render your first service for free and tell them they will pay for mobilization.
Try to put all your best into it and then add whatever they say (Reviews) on your website.
📌 On your website tell them how they can keep their house safe and how they can maintain good home hygiene (Content) on your website.
📌 There was this thing I added to my website it help to gain their interest in my free service with terms and conditions.
once they do and accept the terms and conditions, they input their name, phone number email and address. (email marketing software)
So that I can have them as customers.
📌 The Lastly thing I did was I gave money to some people to help to do advertisements online.
So these people and the other house there (where chucks entered the first time) called me and paid mobilization to render my service to them.
So my friend that is how it is.
Chucks left happily, implemented as instructed.
Then he saw the massive result.
As a business owner, freelancer, and service provider, find that visibility and leads come after.

Let's do a little maths.

A product or service: .

Company's target: to make at the end of the months.

What it will take the company to do: sell the service or product to 20 people.

How will they do that? 🤔.

It takes them to have an entry point into the market.

A funnel will work better.

From a beautiful landing page which may be; a webpage on their website will convincing copy, a squeeze page on their website or an opt-in page for a resource. (They create awareness about this; through advertising).

To an email list ( a target audience which they got from various places they made the awareness; from FB, Quora and every other source. About 1000 signed up) don't forget they need just 20.
They already got people interested in their product.

Bring them to class; ( they start warming these unknown people that have registered with email copy and content to stir their emotions up)

They keep on doing it for 2 weeks.

The first week of pushing the service or product out.

They got 10 sales.

They did again they got 20 sales.

Making 30sales, they made more than the target.

That is how it is done.

You see the first step they own a website.

Yours may not be a website per se but a landing page with your domain name means a lot.

You need that website to get attention, credibility and also more eyes on your business.

Is so funny how business owners think a website is a money-making machine without doing any extra work.

They forget that a website that no extra work done on it is more or less like a shop beside the street that is open with a transparent door but on it, we have the closed banner on the door.

What is this extra work that will turn your website into a money-making machine in under 60 days if done well?

📌 The first extra work here is traffic.
A website can't live alone. it needs traffic flowing in and out.

Maybe your business is a local one or international, you need traffic. it is now bottom down either local traffic which SEO can achieve that for you and also advertising.

Good for people that sell around where they live or where their office is.

📌 Second Converting the visitors to buyers.

This is where the coming comes into your bank account.

You a software to help you with this.

An email marketing software and maybe a WhatsApp icon flowing up and down on your website.

What this does for you and your business, is to filter the wrong customers and bring in the right ones.

You add a subscription list, free coupon list, and free tool list opt-in form to get their information (either email or number) so you can reach out to them later.

On whatever you sell. Will let you know ok these people on this email list mean business.

E.g if you have 500 visitors daily, 10 or 20 sign up for your newsletter or free anything list.

You will know in the long run you can promote anything to them in the email campaign you will be sending out.

From there you add the product you want to sell and the service you offer.

I will love to write a whole lot of things here but I am sure LinkedIn won't allow me.

Today is a mid week day.

And I love to write to you about three things you should ignore in your business.

As a website designer and also an online marketer.

These three things are.

📍 Don't have a business website.

📍 Don't ever advertise

📍 Don't create content for your brand.

Then Booom, your brand has just sunk to the depth and lowest of its achievement.

If you will want to do anything in your business three (3) things you should consider is even if you are cutting budget.

📌 Start creating content for your brand.

While you are doing this, it brings about organic awareness and traffic if placed and directed well.

📌 Have a website, landing page (if you sell only one thing), email list or WhatsApp list.

You are minding your budget for now because is not part of it to build a website,

then trying a landing page (which is only for a single product or service) you won't spend much).

Better still an email list will cost you at least 10$/month to have it.

Lastly, the partial free is WhatsApp. Have a WhatsApp Contact list of your business target audience. Read again { target audience} because without a target audience you are wasting time and doing things wrongly.

After all of these

📌 Run mad advertisement.

An advertisement is of different types depending on your goals and objectives.

But again.

if you want to run ads and you are minding your budget.

Instead of running Fb or Instagram Ads, run Influencers' ads.

PS: Before you run ads, have testimonials, social proofs, reviews on your website, landing page, social media page, WhatsApp, email newsletter and anything you know you can have to convince people that you are doing great and you can still help them

Then Run great and crazy ads to your website and make sure you filter, you attract, you collect, you bring interested people in whatever you do. {Lead Generation}

For them to click your ads, they are interested.
