Recently, I received a call from the Managing Director of First Mega Victorious Communication to train their staff on financial intelligence. The objective was to help employees develop a better understanding of money, make informed financial decisions, and protect themselves from financial mistakes that could affect their future.
At Fantop, we believe that developing people goes beyond improving their performance at work. It also means equipping them with knowledge that can help them make better decisions in their personal lives.
During the session, we explored financial intelligence and financial literacy, drawing lessons from the works of Robert Kiyosaki, particularly his book Rich Dad Poor Dad.
We discussed the importance of understanding money, evaluating investment opportunities carefully, recognising financial schemes that promise unrealistic returns, and avoiding decisions that could lead to financial loss.
Fantop helping employees make every employee earns money, but not every employee has been taught how to manage it wisely.
