Loss in business can be a challenging experience, but it's essential to learn from it and move forward.
So last week Friday, my husband called me that someone needs Airtel 10gig which I sent but the person has a loan on the number which makes the data not to be activated at all. Airtel 10gig is 3,000 while the person is owing 700 including the extra charges on the loan
Lo and behold I got home discuss it with my husband pe I know the person won't pay for it because it's my loss and the difference in the loan is much to the amount of data he requested from me why I accepted was because I didn't ask the customer to know if he was on loan with Airtel to me I see it an embarrassing question but to be on a safer side I know how I could ask that such person won't feel offended or get upset but I didn't ask though.
Remember, loss is an inevitable part of business, but resilience, adaptability, and determination can help you overcome and thrive.
So, as a vendor if you're the one or you're in my shoe how would you have a handle the situation
Though the idea of debt on Airtel line is not a new directives from Airtel that once there's a loan on a certain number you can't purchase data on it.
The funny idea is that this thing only applies to Airtel network
