Have you registered for the 3MTT program?
The program is quite different from whatsoever we have seen from Nigerian government. It is not the usual empty promises often made by the government. The actual implementation is quite thorough, rigorous and vigorous. The participants have not stopped telling how privileged they are to be part of the very first phase. The certificate is going to be issued by the federal government of Nigeria. Well, the good news is that registration for the next phase, starting Match 2024, is still on. The ongoing 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme is aimed at building Nigeria’s technical talent backbone to power the nation's digital economy and position Nigeria as a net talent exporter.

Data Analysis & Visualisation
Quality Assurance
Product Management
Data Science
Animation
AI / Machine Learning
Cybersecurity
Game Development
Cloud Computing
Dev Ops
The first phase of the programme involve the training of 30,000 Nigerians and the first set of beneficiaries started on the 4th of December, 2023. Training duration is 3 months and it involves both online and physical training
The second phase will involve the training of 300,000 Nigerians and it will start by Match but registration is already ongoing
