The Dangote Refinery IPO offer period has now closed. Thank you to everyone who applied through Flutterwaveđź’™

Here is what happens next:

🔹 Every application is reviewed, and the basis of allotment is set and approved by SEC.
🔹 If the offer was oversubscribed, applications may be scaled back, and any amount for shares not allotted is refunded to the bank account you provided.
🔹 Shares are typically credited 5 to 8 weeks after the close, into your CSCS account.
🔹 You’ll see your shares through your stockbroker or the CSCS portal.

You’ll be notified once your shares are allotted.

Last week, we were in China for two important conversations about the future of trade between Africa and Asia.

First, a panel discussion hosted by the Central Bank of Nigeria on strengthening the Nigeria-China financial corridor, where GB (OluGB) joined a conversation about cross-border payments and settling transactions in local currencies. We also took part in an investor forum focused on opportunities across both markets.

And we’re putting words to action!
