Job Title: OSP Project Manager
Responsibilities: The OSP Supervisor will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supervision of fiber construction activities in Nigeria. The responsibilities shall include the following:
• Monitor and supervise the OSP build projects and all related activities such as Laying of Fiber, Construction of Ducts, Calibrations of ducts, Fiber Testing, Fiber Termination/Splicing.
• Ensure strict adherence of Contractors to Project Specifications and Build Requirements as may be required from time to time.
• Ensure quality assurance on all Outside Plant infrastructural build during implementation.
• Issue onsite and periodic progress/ status reports regularly based on the updates gathered from the Outside Plant Build construction sites.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Supervision: To work directly with the Executive Director of Projects and other Cross-functional Teams on all OSP Construction Projects in accordance with global best practices.
Contacts: You will be required to liaise and interface with our Partners and other Teams on all technicalities, work processes, procedures, requirements, and specifications to ensure that quality work is done and delivered on all OSP Build Sites. The successful candidate will be required to also liaise and interface with both internal and external customers and other groups/departments to meet the set goals and objectives.

Qualification: University Degree or equivalent in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 active years in Quality Assurance on OSP Project Construction Works.
