fired our HR for calling a member of our team “stupid."

I was walking through the offices when I heard someone talking angrily.
Then I heard," your performances have dropped, and you have no reasonable explanation for that."
I walked in and saw our Secretary crying.

I asked what was going on and the HR said she'd been poor at work lately for some stupid reasons.
I looked at the Secretary; her eyes were red. Our HR had threatened to get her fired.

This was a woman who just lost her husband a few months ago. Our HR expected her to deliver at the same level.
That's inhumane. I thought within.
I invited both of them into the office with my partner to investigate further.

The Secretary had been finding it hard to get over the shock of her husband demise. But our HR was only concerned about results.
Further enquiries showed she had been rude to other team members.
We fired her.

We don't want to work with people who have no respect for others welfare.
We reduced our Secretary hours at work and ask her if she needs more time off.
Her Performances improved significantly, and she came back to her best.

If you don't understand that business is more about people, then you have no business leading them.

Workers' welfare comes first. Everything else follows after.

How To Recover Deleted Contacts From Android Phone

Did you ever face a problem of losing your contacts from your Android phone? Ahh…it really gets me when I accidentally delete or lose phone number of my colleague or friends. I put all the blame to my phone for that even if it’s my fault and I guess most of you also do the same thing. That’s why I am writing this blog post on how you can recover deleted contacts from Android using a simple method.

Recovering contacts from your Android phone is easy. Take a look at the methods listed below:
Probably your contacts are not deleted

Before you start to panic realizing your contacts are gone, I will recommend you to first take a look at your Android device. It might be possible that your contacts are not deleted.

For that, first you need open the Contacts, then click on the three dot hamburger symbol located at the top right corner. Now select Contacts to display and make sure that you have selected All contacts. Now return and check whether you got your contacts back or not; if it’s back then it wasn’t deleted or lost, it was just hidden.

Recover deleted contacts with Gmail:

Recovering deleted contacts from an Android is very easy if your device is synced with Google account. You can restore up-to 30 days old contacts deleted intentionally or unintentionally. The method to recover deleted contact with Gmail is as follow:

Step 1:

Sign in using the same Gmail-id that you have used to register your Android device.

Step 2:

Now click on Gmail drop-down menu located at left corner and select Contacts.

Step 3:

Now click on More and then select Restore contacts. Here you can select time to restore the contacts or you can fill the time by selecting custom.

Note:

In case you find it hard to restore contacts after following these steps you can use the following link do to the same thing: (https://www.google.com/contacts/u/0/?cplus=0 ).
You can also restore contacts by using data recovery software. You just need to download and install them into your device and it will do the job for you.

If you don't know if your device is mtk or not then you should download Cpu-z from playstore to know but basically all China android device are mtk devices.
How Do I Get 2015MB Plus On Mtn?
Infinix Hot Note Imei:

Change the last three digits with random numbers to make the whole imei 15digits. Input it inside mobile uncle to change it. Repeat this step till you get your unused infinix imei.

==>Send infinix to 131 to get 2015MB

If you get the below message
"Dear customer, you are eligible for only one Happy Link Bundle and 1MB daily data plan daily"
Try another imei because the one you tried has been used by another person.

The more you tweak the imei to get 2015MB the more your data accumulates but the exipry month doesn't exceed July 2015.
