In line with M-P Infrastructure’s continuous commitment to man-power development and youth employment, we are proud to announce our May 2024 edition of Graduate Trainee Program.

The Program is designed to develop the skills and potential of talented graduates across all tertiary institutions within Nigeria to function efficiently in the Telecoms infrastructure development and Management Industry.

After a rigorous selection process, a group of outstanding individuals were pre-qualified to participate in our program to join our team to shape the future of Telecoms infrastructure development.

With M-P Infrastructure graduate trainee program (MPIGTP), participants will get valuable experience and hands on training on Operations and Maintenance, Planning & Management, Solution Functionality, Telecoms Equipment Maintenance, Power Systems Management, Maintenance and repair of Generators, Network Operations Center and Remote Monitoring Tools, Cyber Security, Data Management and more.

Our Soft Skills Training in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, Business Etiquette and Effective Communication; will equip trainees with the required skills to be successful in their roles and in dealing with real life business challenges and gaining insights that will give excellent start to their career.

M-P Infrastructure Ltd Acquires Major Stake in Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd

M-P Infrastructure Limited (MPI), a leading infrastructure development and management company, has concluded the acquisition of a major stake in Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd, a comprehensive project management services company focusing on real estate, infrastructure, and technology projects, founded in 2010. The official signing of agreements and unveiling of Pro-Serve's new logo was made at the M-P Infrastructure Head office, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria on 7th July, 2022 by Engr. Sonnie Osuki, the Program Director on behalf of the Group Managing Director and Chairman, Dr. Clem Nwogbo (MON), and the Board of Directors. The move to acquire Pro-serve Integrated Services Ltd first started in December 2021, after evaluating the deep intellectual capacity and technical competence of the business having supported M-P Infrastructure Ltd in successfully incubating and expanding into the real estate and construction markets over the last three (3) years. The process took over 5 months of strategic reviews, negotiations, and agreements and the deal was concluded on 24th June 2022.

The Group Managing Director and Chairman, Dr. Clem Nwogbo (MON) said that this milestone acquisition of Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd fits into MPI's strategy to offer turnkey business solutions to its clients. "By purchasing a significant stake in Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd, we are fulfilling our commitment to the delivery of excellence through state-of-the-art products and services to our clients". We recognize the niche market gaps in professional project management services in the African region and aim to close the gap significantly by playing in the space. Over the past few years, we have consistently re-assessed the impact of professional project and program management services on our group and the value cannot be over-emphasized. We are very excited about the value we will bring to our customers and clients through this expansion.

The Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Pro-Serve Integrated Services Ltd, Kenechukwu Nwankwo (PMP) said the impact of the acquisition is grossly significant to amplifying the company's core values, business ethics, and brand equity; and repositioning the business for exponential growth. Over 300 million Africans do not have access to clean drinking water, and over 700 million live without access to good sanitation.

Lack of access to clean water and sanitation has a major negative impact on economic development. For Africa to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals for water and sanitation, (universal and equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water, and adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene, by 2030) the continent will require consistent investment in water infrastructure, operations & maintenance, efficient management of water resource, and strengthened policy and regulatory frameworks.
