All these are done in order to regulate supply in response to demand.

You know, I used to ask myself, "If these guys can burn tokens whenever they want, and the lesser the supply and more the demand, the higher price gets. Why can't they just keep on burning in order to reduce supply so that the price can rise.

I didn't find an answer up until now (cause I didn't think much about it).
You see why it's good to share knowledge (you tend to know more).

The developers of the projects were smarter than I was.
First of all, burning tokens simply means burning money. It's just like throwing a working PS5 into the trash can. You see how crazy that sounds...

Burning of tokens, which is simply a reduction in supply, should be used as a strategy for an increase in demand, which in turn increases the price of a token.
When I say strategy, I mean it shouldn't be done abruptly.

A developer should ask questions like:

* What if, after burning, the public doesn't respond equivalently (demand). Then the money goes like that— Just like a sacrificial lamb.

Burning should be a stimulant for a bull breathing public. To be used a catalyst for an already set buying spree.









The backend of this is that wise people are more bent on knowing than showing off what they know.

There's this popular saying in the trading industry:
"Smart money leave trails."
You might not have the information these guys have, but you could always follow their moves. Although their moves are most times subtle but it's better seeing them than not seeing em at all.

One way to do this is by tracking their buy and sell orders. There’s what is called ORDER FLOW. But that's a deep well on its own.
A simple method is using apps such as DEBANK, etc, to track the wallets of whales in the crypto space to know the assests they're holding or buying.
This particular method is actually insufficient as there's what is called OTC trading, which doesn’t basically involve wallet holdings, but it gives you a head-start.

Whenever I push those buttons and my trades start running, I really don’t care about how much I’m making or losing. All that runs through my mind is whether I’m gonna be right or wrong.
There’s a part of you that this business gradually dissipates—the part that has nothing to do with business. And I’ve been able to hold on for quite a long time now, putting myself in check when necessary, and that shows how emotionally strong, yet flexible, I am.

It’s good to make money. Having loads of it feels so good. And in the process of making it, your empathy can slip away because you discover how cruel the world can be—especially if you’ve encountered transactional relationships, ingrates, and unbelievers (people who doubt you).
You go through the process alone (perhaps with a few people), but you should enjoy the results with everyone.

Regardless, struggles build in us one of two things: resentment or maturity.
It’s only fair to be there for those who were there for you. Help those you like or want something from. It’s your money—you worked for it. Yes, God gave it to you, but He didn’t land it in your lap. You had bruises and breaking moments to get it.
You could retaliate—the power is in your hands because the choice is yours…

Or you could be a part of what He’s doing—the main reason He gave you what He gave you: to show love unconditionally.
