About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, caring, professional, and hardworking Auxiliary Nurse to support the Pharmacist and pharmacy team in the day-to-day delivery of quality customer and patient care.
The successful candidate will assist with basic patient support, routine health checks, customer service, pharmacy operations, and administrative activities while working under the supervision and direction of the Pharmacist and other authorized healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Support & Basic Care
• Welcome and attend to patients and customers professionally and courteously.
• Assist with basic patient observations and routine health checks as directed by the Pharmacist.

• Assist patients with basic enquiries and direct clinical questions to the Pharmacist or appropriate healthcare professional.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
2. Support to the Pharmacist
• Assist the Pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Support the preparation and organization of prescriptions and pharmacy-related documentation as directed.
• Help maintain an orderly and efficient workflow within the pharmacy.
• Refer medication-related questions, complaints, adverse reactions, and clinical concerns to the Pharmacist.
• Ensure that professional pharmacy decisions and medication dispensing remain under the responsibility of the Pharmacist.
3. Customer Service
• Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service to customers.
• Assist customers with locating approved products and provide general non-clinical information within the scope of the role.
• Escalate requests for medical or pharmaceutical advice to the Pharmacist.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and report unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor.
4. Pharmacy & Stock Support
• Assist with receiving, arranging, labeling, and organizing pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and hygienic storage and work areas.
• Assist with stock checks and report low-stock, damaged, or expired products to the Pharmacist or Inventory Officer.
• Support proper stock rotation and storage procedures.
• Ensure products are handled carefully and according to established procedures.
5. Records & Documentation
• Accurately record routine patient observations and other information as required.
• Assist with maintaining pharmacy records and administrative documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Report unusual incidents, patient concerns, stock discrepancies, or safety issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Must possess a recognized Auxiliary Nursing qualification/certificate from an appropriate training institution.
• Relevant experience in a pharmacy, hospital, clinic, healthcare centre, or similar environment is an advantage.

About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and maintain accurate records of the company's stock across its warehouse and operational locations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stock monitoring, receiving and inspection, inventory reconciliation, stock-level management, loss prevention, and inventory reporting.
The ideal candidate must have strong numerical and organizational skills and be able to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stock Monitoring & Tracking
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management systems, ERP software, spreadsheets, or other approved tools.
• Record and track all stock movements from receiving through storage to dispatch.
• Ensure every stock transaction is properly documented and authorized.
• Monitor stock balances across warehouses, stores, and relevant outlets.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, returned, damaged, or written off.
2. Stock Level Management
• Monitor minimum, maximum, reorder, and safety stock levels.
• Identify products approaching reorder points and notify the relevant procurement personnel.

• Verify quantities, product descriptions, specifications, batch information, expiry dates, and packaging condition where applicable.
• Identify shortages, excess quantities, damaged goods, or discrepancies and report them promptly.
• Ensure products are properly categorized, labelled, recorded, and placed in their designated storage locations.
• Maintain an organized and easily accessible warehouse or stockroom.
4. Stock Auditing & Reconciliation
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock-takes as scheduled by management.
• Reconcile physical stock quantities with system and accounting records.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify the causes of stock variances.
• Prepare variance reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation of stock-count results and adjustments.
5. Loss Prevention & Quality Control
• Monitor product expiry dates and identify damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
• Implement appropriate stock rotation procedures, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and, where applicable, FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out).
• Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained to prevent product deterioration or spoilage.
• Enforce established stock security and access-control procedures.
• Report suspected theft, unauthorized stock movements, damage, or unexplained losses to management immediately.
6. Inventory Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management, finance, procurement, and other relevant departments.
• Provide accurate information on:

PHARMACY GENERAL MANAGER (Operations & Business Growth)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented Pharmacy General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the company's pharmacy outlets, stores, and related business operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, business growth, staff performance, inventory control, customer service, and commercial profitability.
The General Manager will serve as the key link between professional pharmacy operations and business performance, ensuring that the organization delivers excellent customer service while achieving its financial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities across all retail pharmacy outlets and warehouse/storage facilities.
• Ensure effective coordination between procurement, logistics, pharmacy operations, sales, and customer service.
• Establish and maintain efficient operational processes across all business locations.
• Monitor outlet performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
• Coordinate effective inventory management across all outlets and stores.
• Ensure regular, accurate, and properly documented stock-taking and reconciliation.
• Monitor fast-moving products to minimize stock-outs and maintain product availability.
• Develop strategies to minimize losses resulting from expired, damaged, missing, or slow-moving products.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Monitor stock movement and investigate significant inventory variances.
3. Staff Management & Performance
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, training, and performance management across the organization.
• Supervise pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, sales assistants, cashiers, outlet managers, and administrative personnel.
• Establish clear performance targets and hold relevant managers and employees accountable for results.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training and development needs.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork, discipline, accountability, and excellent customer service.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels across outlets and business units.
4. Business Growth & Commercial Development
• Analyze sales trends, customer behaviour, product performance, and market opportunities.
• Develop strategies to increase sales, customer retention, profitability, and market share.
• Identify opportunities for introducing new product lines, services, partnerships, and business locations.
• Develop and coordinate appropriate marketing, promotional, and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of business-development strategies and recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and support feasibility assessments for potential new outlets.
5. Financial & Budget Management
• Work closely with the Accountant to develop and monitor operational budgets.
• Ensure purchasing and operational decisions are aligned with approved budgets and corporate cash flow.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Review sales, expenditure, inventory, and profitability reports.
• Ensure business decisions balance operational needs with financial sustainability.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
• Coordinate activities between pharmacy operations, procurement, logistics, finance, human resources, sales, and administration.
• Ensure departments work collaboratively toward organizational objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication between outlet managers and senior management.
• Identify interdepartmental challenges and drive timely resolution.
7. Management Reporting & Strategic Support
• Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, inventory, staffing, customer service, and business performance.
• Present operational and commercial performance updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate the company's strategic objectives into measurable operational targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant management experience, preferably in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or a multi-outlet business environment.
• Proven experience in operations management, inventory control, staff management, sales, and business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve measurable performance targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial and budget-management awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
