This just in: Companies with remote or hybrid work policies appear to be hiring people at about twice the rate of employers that are fully in office, according to a new analysis. 🔥

Featured on Forbes, the study found that companies with a fully remote work policy grew their headcount by 1.9% on average. Those with hybrid policies grew by 1.5%. While companies will in-office mandates grew their headcount by just 0.8%.

Meaning that companies with flexible working policies are finding it easier to hire. 🚀 And those who do not meet the wishes and needs of employees will lose out on quality talent.
