I had a really nice time teaching a block printing workshop at Papier Hier last night. The paper selection was great and everyone went home with their own hand-carved block and art print.

Update: The drawing has been transferred to the carving block! So far I have about 7 hours into this block print, with another another 5 or so to go.

It is really fun when I get to see my work in real life situations. Lizzy had these shirts made for her nephews, and last night I received these photos...Angie, your boys are so handsome. I can see why Lizzy can't get enough.

It's heavy and hopeful. Expats in Amsterdam, you've been warned.

"Amsterdam" is a warm, gentle song about coming home. Its video, filmed at Isakov's farm, uses stop-motion animation, dioramas and live shadow puppetry.

Some fonts just shouldn't be used for film titles. In 2009, James Cameron went with one anyway.
