It's important to make sure to block some 1-1 time during the first day of the new hire. In our eyes, a manager should always be involved and accessible throughout the whole onboarding journey! You can, for example:

✨ Create regular check-ins with your new hire
✨ Create a constant cycle of feedback, evaluation and progress tracking
✨ Do a fun activity together that also results in understanding the organization better as a whole
