Voor onze winkel in Amsterdam (Sarphatistraat 498) zijn we op zoek naar een parttime/fulltime technicus die zich wil aansluiten bij ons team van computer- en smartphone reparatiespecialisten. Heb jij de ervaring en hou je ervan om elektronica te repareren? Kom dan langs bij onze winkel op Sarphatistraat 498 om gedag te zeggen.
We zijn een internationaal team van jonge en niet zo jonge, maar zeer vriendelijke en leuke mensen. We hebben een relaxte en informele sfeer op het werk en we gaan zeer professioneel te werk wat betreft onze diensten en klanten.
We vinden het belangrijk dat onze klanten altijd tevreden zijn. Hier zorgen we voor door vriendelijk, aardig, professioneel, open en vooral eerlijk te zijn naar onze klanten.
Belangrijke vaardigheden:
Positief, eerlijk en open-minded.
Nauwkeurigheid, precisie, aandacht voor detail en een hoge standaard wat betreft kwaliteit. Denk aan originele Apple-onderdelen versus Chinese copy-kwaliteit. We zijn op zoek naar een technicus die net als Apple is.
Teamspeler en sociaal gemakkelijk in de omgang.
Bestand tegen stress (ja, het kan soms druk en stressvol worden. Je moet je kalmte en professionaliteit kunnen bewaren).
Pragmatische probleemoplossing. Repareren is het oplossen van problemen, zelf kunnen nadenken en oplossingen vinden.
Eerdere ervaring met soortgelijk werk (niet noodzakelijk met elektronica, maar je moet wel handig zijn met het werken met je handen).
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (Engels en/of Nederlands).

For our shop in Amsterdam (Sarphatistraat 498) we are looking for a part time/full time technician to join our team of computer and smartphone repair specialists. Do you have experience and do you love fixing electronics? Then come say hi to our shop.
We are an international team of young and not so young but very friendly and easy going people. We have a relaxed and informal atmosphere at work but we are very professional about our service to our clients.
We find it very important that our customers always stay happy. We do this by being friendly, polite, professional, easy going and most importantly honest with our clients.
Primary skill-set:
Positive, honest, easy and open minded.
Accuracy, precision, attention to detail and high standard in quality. Think about Apple original parts vs china copy quality. We are looking for Apple standards technician.
Team player and socially easy going.
Resilient to stress (Yes things will get busy and stressy at times. You need to be able to maintain your coolness and professionalism).
Pragmatic problem solving. Repair is problem solving. Be able to think and find solutions by yourself.
Previous experience in similar work (not necessarily with electronics but you need to be skilled in working with your hands).
Good communicative skills ( English and/or Dutch ).
