(English below) Un an après son lancement, Groupe Transports a atteint une étape importante ! Désormais, 70 % de leurs clients utilisent l' via TransFollow, simplifiant ainsi les processus et augmentant l'efficacité. Basé à Marck, en France, et spécialisé dans le transport trans-Manche, RDV Transports exploite une flotte de 460 véhicules.

« Auparavant, nous devions récupérer les CMR papier des conducteurs, les trier, les scanner et les télécharger dans le TMS. Maintenant, tout est automatisé et sans papier. Ce changement permet aux conducteurs de gagner environ 15 minutes par trajet, soit un gain total de 2 à 3 heures par semaine, tout en réduisant les erreurs de saisie et en éliminant la perte de documents. Avec TransFollow, la traçabilité du transport est plus forte que jamais, offrant à nos clients une transparence accrue », a partagé Valentin DAENS, Directeur Informatique chez RDV Transports.

La prochaine étape ? RDV Transports vise un taux d'adoption de l'eCMR de 90 %. Notre équipe TransFollow continuera à les accompagner pour faire du papier une chose du passé !

One year in, and Groupe RDV Transports has reached an exciting milestone! Now, 70% of their clients are using e-CMR through TransFollow, streamlining processes and driving efficiency. Based in Marck, France, and specializing in cross-Channel transport, RDV Transports operates a fleet of 460 vehicles.

“Previously, we had to retrieve paper from drivers, sort, scan, and upload them into the TMS. Now, it’s all automated and paperless. This shift saves drivers about 15 minutes per trip—adding up to 2-3 hours weekly—while also reducing data entry errors and eliminating document loss. With TransFollow, transport traceability is stronger than ever, offering our clients greater transparency,” shared Valentin, IT Director at RDV Transport.

Next up? RDV Transports is aiming for a 90% adoption rate of eCMR. Our TransFollow team will continue to support them in making paperwork a thing of the past!

Last week, Italy adopted the protocol, marking a pivotal shift towards fully goods transport by road. This move not only eliminates paper-based inefficiencies but also enhances cross-border logistics, fostering stronger EU and global connections.

Italy has been steadily moving towards accepting the eCMR for years. Before its official ratification, several test projects were undertaken to implement and evaluate the advantages of eCMR, including TransFollow's support of the 'eCMR Italy' project led by Uniontrasporti.
