Spatial Experience is going to The Art of Coliving book launch, Masterclass and Coliving Networking 🚀

During this event, Gui Perdrix is going to present to the Dutch coliving community his “Art of Coliving” book, sharing his experience and highlights gathered when interviewing more than 200 coliving organisations. The event will be also an amazing opportunity to network in real life!
Although we are all in for technology, remote and digital advancements, we do love our human-to-human interactions.

But there’s more: our CEO Bart Sasim will be part of the panel discussion right after the masterclass about the Art of Coliving, to further discuss the results of the book, together with Moreno Monsanto from Rockfield Real Estate
As contributors to the book and creative partner to brand, we are super excited to be able to share this moment with Co-Liv, Gui Perdrix and the wider coliving community.

Looking for a way to solve housing crises & help the environment?

At Spatial Experience, we are committed to foster and support our clients in the creation of sustainable developments that cater to the needs of modern generations, while keeping the future of our planet in mind.

Have you heard of modular construction? It is a relatively new and efficient way to build residential homes, as it eliminates many onsite factors required by traditional construction methods. Faster, more affordable and also allows for sustainable production.

How?

⚡️ Significantly decreases the construction waste, thanks to material reuse and recycling
⚡️ Allows for construction of durable homes by using sustainable materials, such as like wood, steel, glass
⚡️ Can serve as an office, residential house, rentable cabins and more

One example of such a solution is PolyRoom project by Cutwork, which utilises stackable homes for faster construction. Designed in the shape of a shipping container, rectangular shapes allow to address housing deficiency and contribute to a greener environment.

- Greystar acquires a new asset in UK

Greystar has recently acquired UK BTR asset to operate under Greystar's brand Canvas. This new buid-to-rent asset is located in Coventry and will provide 100 homes for young professionals. Greystar has proven their expertise and excellence in developing community-driven purpose-build accommodations, which we can see on the case of Ourdomain in the Netherlands. We are excited to see Canvas grow and provide its residents with safe and sustainable environement.
