He decided to continue exploring by enrolling in the Media design at Curio college in Breda.

He successfully carried out 3 internships to improve and explore all operational aspects of his work.

With the third, well, he finally became a genius rocketeer!

Bram doesn't need tasks but challenges!

Umberto is our Digital marketer, the newest member of the team

Umberto is what we call “multipotentialite” given his passions are many and have been born over time.

He loves fitness, sociology, criminology, marketing and communication and personal growth.

Despite the multiple passions, in the end, After high school, he decided to study Sociology and Criminology, following the advice of making a choice.

Studying and deepening human behaviour and the psychological, a new passion was born and he started to approach the field of Human resource management, marketing and in particular of digital communication.

He kept studying and took a master degree in “HR management and communication for organizations" where he learned skills and competencies he’s using daily in his job.

What we love most about Umberto is that he pursues his passions with great determination and always finds some time to dedicate to them.

Umberto taught us that what society sometimes sees as a weakness now is a strength.

We saw his (multi)potential at the first sight and we continue to see it day by day: learning speed and adaptability to each assigned task are very important for a startup that grows fast and evolves every day.

Umberto is the latest arrival but he is already an irreplaceable resource.

We're living in the information era. The news comes and goes so fast and sometimes we don't have the chance to check deeper and grow interested in this or that event.

Martijn is our Genius co-founder & Head of design.

Martijn started building websites during high school.

The first website he built aimed to take notes of the great school parties and to share photos with other students.

From that moment Martijn understood that building websites was a cool game to play to and he never stopped.

After the school he was hired in a social media company and it was placed in the website branch.

In this agency, he understood that websites were just used as a business card but he knew that a website has a great potential in it.

So he started teaching clients how to get more leads with it, how an optimized, SEO friendly website can give great results to a company.

In 2015, he founded Website genius (formerly Marketing genius) on his own and he applied the lessons learned before: he helped all his clients to create a “genius” funnel to get new leads and new potential business.

In 2020, a fortunate meeting with Emanuel gave life to DevGenius e and our space journey started.

Martijn is the life of all parties and during our meeting call he wears glasses by day and he always puts weird and nonsense backgrounds.

He always cheers us up and his party spirit has always accompanied him, even in his work.

Nobody thinks about it very often, but it is really important to put a pinch of fun in your job: your customers will come to you with a smile, your colleagues will be enthusiastic about working with you and it will not even seem like a job ... but a party!
