Following a thorough evaluation of the market, WMFS will transition from its long‑standing in‑house system to our cloud‑native, mobile‑first, FRS‑specific COTS platform — marking a significant step in the Service’s digital transformation journey.

Each year, WMFS delivers over 20,000 Safe and Well Visits and provides safety education to more than 30,000 children. Prevent + Protect will support this vital work by streamlining processes, improving data quality, and giving frontline teams the tools they need to drive even greater community impact.

LearnPro Group, a global leader in public safety and emergency service technologies, in partnership with Softcat plc, has been selected through the competitive London Fire Brigade (LFB) One Risk procurement process to deliver its Prevent + Protect platform.

LFB has selected Prevent + Protect, LearnPro Group’s next generation Prevention, Protection, Operational Risk and Hydrant management platform, as its preferred solution to consolidate and modernise the Brigade’s risk information systems – representing a significant, strategic contract win for the business.

This award follows a rigorous tender process in which LFB sought a proven, sector ready Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) platform to replace multiple legacy systems, unify risk data, and enhance operational efficiency across Prevention, Protection and Hydrant Management teams.

LFB’s OneRisk vision will deliver a single, cloud hosted platform that eliminates data silos, improves mobile capability, and enables seamless cross department access to risk information—aligned with their long term transformation strategy.

BREAKING NEWS! LearnPro Group Acquires RiVR to Strengthen Its Immersive Learning Capabilities.https://tinyurl.com/2dsd6zd8

We’re excited to share that LearnPro Group, backed by Apiary Capital, has acquired RiVR’s immersive training products and technologies. This marks an important step in expanding our virtual reality learning capabilities. Together, LearnPro Group and RiVR will offer a comprehensive immersive learning ecosystem for safety-critical organisations worldwide.

The acquisition includes the RiVR Link “Classroom in a Box” solution, RiVR Fire Investigate, RiVR Crime Scene Investigate, and RiVR’s advanced photorealistic capture and simulation technologies. A team of nine specialists responsible for these products, led by Bradley Friend Woodward, has also joined LearnPro Group.

It’s clear that this year’s FireWatch User Conference was a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and shared vision across our community - and we loved spending time with our users at the beautiful Norton House Hotel & Spa in , by Hand Picked Hotels.
