We zijn verheugd om aan te kondigen dat Simac de handelsactiviteiten van Fomax Test & Connectivity BV uit Harderwijk heeft overgenomen.
De activiteiten van deze specialist in glasvezeltechniek sluiten uitstekend aan bij die van Simac Electronics. Deze overname biedt voordelen voor alle betrokken partijen.
Met het oog op hun pensionering zochten de eigenaren van Fomax naar een bedrijf dat hun klanten zekerheid en groei van diensten kan bieden. Ze vonden dit bij Simac Electronics.
