“Wat eten we in 2050?” Creatieve chef PIPPENS & food design studio THE EATELIER hebben hun krachten gebundeld om antwoord te geven op deze vraag met een smakelijk culinair event middenin de creatieve werkplaatsen van de designers op het Sectie-C terrein in Eindhoven.

Zij creëerden de “Future of Food” eetbeleving door hun onderzoek te vertalen naar een sharing-diner van 16 gangen met nieuwe, heerlijke & voedzame ingrediënten en eetbelevingen. Dit alles in dialoog met de designer, die u uitnodigt in hun werkplaats en aan hun tafel, zodat u kunt zien hoe zij de wereld om hun heen voorstellen, onderzoeken, bedenken en herdefiniëren, waarmee zij ons helpen een voorstelling te maken van een spannende, interessante en meer duurzame toekomst.

“What will we eat in 2050?” Creative chef PIPPENS & food design studio THE EATELIER joined forces to give answers to this question with a delicious culinary event that takes place in the midst of the creative workspaces of collaborating designers on the Sectie-C terrain in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

They created the “Future of Food”, a dinner experience that translates their research about the future of food into a 16 course sharing dinner with new, delicious & nutritious ingredients and eating experiences. All this will be in dialogue with the designer, who invites you into their workspaces and take place at their tables, so you can see how they imagine, think, re-think and consider everything and help us imagine an exciting, interesting and more sustainable future.

Collaborating designers: Tessa Koot, VANTOT, Nacho Carbonell, studio Plott, Meesterkox and Sander Wassink.

Dinners from 5.30 pm and 8.00pm
75 euros (including alcohol)

Just received some cool photo's of the beautiful location at the Bienal at M.A.D.E MADE - Mercado, Arte e Design & presentations at Belas Artes University , Sâo Paulo.

We like to thank Waldick Jatobá, Bruno Simoes, the Dutch Consulate of Brazil & Creative Industries Fund NL for their support. We really enjoyed meeting all the new people who showed us around. Hope to see you next year Brazil!

It was a blast & enjoyed meeting everyone who visited Ventura New York - the Dutch edition! We like to thank Ventura Projects for their enthusiasm and organising great workshops and O/D/A. Without the generous support of Culture USA and Creatieve Industrie we could not be there. Super excited on the new collaborations that are coming up after this week.
