This Bentley Continental GT Supersports arrived at Essing Performance Center with several issues, including underboost, air leaks and limp mode. Time for some proper diagnostics and a complete overhaul!

🚀 SKODA 2.0 TDI 150 HP – FROM LIMP MODE TO FULL PERFORMANCE! 🔥

This Skoda arrived at our workshop with multiple issues and intermittent limp mode. Time for some proper diagnostics! 🔧

The vehicle was suffering from unpredictable limp mode, related to DPF, turbocharger and AdBlue faults. Always a fun challenge to investigate! 😎

🔍 WHAT DID WE FIND?
First, we tackled the DPF issue by rebuilding the original filter with a brand-new Silicon Carbide (SiC) core, including new sensors. All in house done!

Next, we inspected the turbocharger using our endoscope camera. We discovered coolant contamination inside the turbocharger, caused by a leaking EGR cooler, resulting in a sticking variable turbo geometry mechanism!

🛠️ WHAT DID WE DO?
✅ Brand-new OEM turbocharger
✅ Brand-new OEM EGR valve & cooler
✅ New OEM gaskets and seals
✅ In-house DPF rebuild with SiC core
✅ ECU software restored to stock calibration
✅ AdBlue software modification
✅ Extensive diagnostics, testing & datalogging

After extensive testing, the engine was finally running exactly as it should. Clean datalogs, smooth performance and, most importantly, NO MORE LIMP MODE! 💪
