We’re seeking a Medior/Senior Front-End Developer with a passion for creating beautiful, seamless animations and interactive experiences. If you are passionate about bringing digital projects to life and have a flair for visually stunning front-end work, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

- Develop animated, interactive user interfaces that elevate the user experience
- Collaborate with designers to translate complex interactions and animations into web-ready solutions
- Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code, optimised for performance and usability
- Test, debug, and enhance user experience across a variety of devices and browsers
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in animation, web design, and front-end development

Requirements:

- Experience in front-end development with a strong focus on animation
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, AnimeJS, Framer Motion)
- Experience in creating responsive, mobile-friendly designs
- Strong eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics in digital design
- Comfortable with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma

Nice-to-Haves:

- Familiarity with SvelteKit and Next.js
- Experience with WebGL or other 3D web technologies
- An understanding of performance optimisation techniques for complex animations
- Familiarity with App development in frameworks like Flutter or React Native

Both Tijmen Mulder and Jesse Mons are nominated for the M100 list conducted by Marketing Report Nederland. Last year they were both nominated in the Reclamebureau100, but this year there’s a Digital100 list, a list that’s a great fit for our agency. If you haven’t, don’t forget to vote!

It’s a home game for us this year, as the final lists will be published during the yearly M100 event in Spant! in Bussum. 🥂

🥶Winter is coming! Vredestein and Giancarlo Fisichella teamed up and when GC is involved, you’re sure to do something speedy.🏎 We created a racing game with GroupM in a record time. No pun intended, we had 3 weeks get it across the finish line. An incredible performance by the team.🔥 It’s very easy to play and quite addictive. Check it out!

We were on the fence between a high-tea and a Rummikub tournament for our company outing, so we went to play paintball. Indoors, with rubber balls! After many bruises, some tears but mostly a lot of smiles, we concluded this edition with tapas and the best company.
