We’re thrilled to share that this year’s Rise Awards recognised four members of our Core and Advanced Technology team: Jane Lavineway, Sreekala Kallidil, Shufei Hu, and Levent Ozparlak 👏

Rise celebrates and supports gender diversity across the broadcast and media technology industry, recognising those who are making an outstanding impact, driving innovation, and helping shape the future of our industry.

Jane was recognised for her exceptional leadership in project delivery. Sreekala received the Rising Star award for her remarkable growth and fearless approach to challenges. Shufei was honored for her inventive and impactful work in R&D Engineering, and Levent received the Advocate Award for his dedication to creating environments where others thrive.

Huge congratulations to Jane, Sreekala, Shufei, and Levent; your work is truly inspirational. This is a very proud moment for us!

Last month, our Women at Irdeto employee resource group invited medical experts from .health to guide a conversation about women’s health, specifically around menopause.

It was a highly interactive session and opened up meaningful dialogue about how menopause impacts our overall well-being, and how we can better support ourselves and each other, both in the workplace and beyond.

Ultimately, it was an opportunity to educate, destigmatize, and support those experiencing this natural stage of life. At Irdeto, these conversations remain a priority.

We’re grateful to everyone who participated from across the world and shared their thoughts and experiences with such openness and authenticity.

Last year, being named a finalist in five categories at the Corporate Star Awards felt like a milestone. This year, we’ve gone one better. We are proud to share that has been shortlisted in six categories for the Corporate Star Awards 2025, held alongside :

- Excellence in ESG
- Championing Workplace Wellbeing
- Advancing Skills and Learning

Each nomination reflects a different part of the journey we’re on, such as reducing our environmental footprint, creating opportunities, supporting our people, and helping the industry build skills for the future.

We’re definitely proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re heading. Results will be announced on 12 September — until then, we’ll keep doing what matters most! 💜

At Irdeto, we believe that supporting our team’s well-being is essential to thriving, both at work and in life. That’s why this past month, we dedicated an entire week to prioritizing well-being.

From self-care rituals and healthy eating habits to physical activity and mindful time management, each day brought a new theme to explore. Across our global offices, from France and the Netherlands to China and India, colleagues took time to step away from their desks, walk, stretch, and recharge together.

The week left us with plenty to reflect on. We encourage you to take a moment and ask yourself: What boundaries, habits, or routines help you thrive? These are the small, intentional practices that can make a big difference in how we show up both for ourselves and for one another.

Let’s keep well-being at the heart of how we work, every day.

We are excited to celebrate , an important time for our LGBTQIA+ community. Pride began as a response to injustice and a call for equality. Today, Pride continues to be a time for advocacy, reflection, and celebration.

At Irdeto, we see Pride as an opportunity to educate ourselves, support our colleagues, and take meaningful actions towards fostering an inclusive work environment for everyone.
