Facility Data Standard (FDS) is proud to host the upcoming ISSA Pulire Hackathon! According to the FDS:

“FacilityApps was the motor behind the first Interclean Hackathon Amsterdam 2022".

After this successful hackathon the idea, of FacilityApps CEO Dirk Tuip, is adopted by the FDS in which Dirk is also a board member.

This unique event brings together talented individuals from the cleaning and facilities management industry to collaborate, innovate and tackle real-world challenges. FDS is thrilled to support students while bringing great new innovation and creative problem-solving to help drive progress in our industry.

The hackathon is a good way of showing the value of Facility Data Standard, and at the same time get out of the box tech ideas for the cleaning industry, showing also that it is a very interesting industry to work in.

Students about their internship at FacilityApps

The students have been participating in the FacilityApps company for a while. At FacilityApps, you really get the opportunity to grow with the company and perform tasks independently. Mohammed tells us about his internship at FacilityApps:

“I really enjoyed my internship at FacilityApps. I worked a lot with React and GraphQL. I also had to make some modifications in Laravel (PHP).” Furthermore we worked on onboarding new sensors via the app. It's now easier than ever to install new sensors on-site in a building”.

Mohammed and Twan got the chance to think and work with the FacilityApps software team to continuously improve and expand the software and the app. We would like to thank the students for their efforts and contributions over the past period! Mohammed continues to support the team one day a week alongside his study at the University of Amsterdam to learn even more about software in practice. Nice to see how they have grown within FacilityApps!

De werkbon app van Nocore FacilityApps is er voor een optimale samenwerking tussen kantoor en de mensen die op locatie werken (ook onderaannemers).
