We set up a camera in a room.
And invited one colleague from each unit to step inside.

No scripts.
No instructions.

Just a simple question:

“What would you like to say to the women in your team?”

The messages that followed were honest, warm, and sometimes emotional.

Today, those videos were shared with each of them personally.

This video is a small glimpse of those moments.
