Poster boy for this month on this calendar by De Boog (
Based on a wonderful idea by Herman Keetbaas (founder of De Boog), this calendar is based on Moon Cycles and features 13 months of 28 days each. Hence the dates are all messed up, or corrected, depending on how you look at it.

2 - The original riso print from Hello Mom 2, titled ‘I Believe In You’
3 - A previous version / iteration of this image. Since working on Hello Mom (previously known as ‘Audrey’s book’, previously known as ‘Grafische Woede’) I notice that I keep coming back to some images or ideas and make new versions of them over time. As new ideas are generated, older ones take on new meaning and evolve further. So. Expect the unexpected then!
4 - Another interation.
5 - First draft of this idea of spirals, rays, strings. This one was called ’Touwtjes’ and was generated by After Effects using one string and changing the angle at random. A digital image, that later turned into a hand drawn piece where each line was drawn by hand with a posca marker.
