𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 🚀

We are happy to welcome Petar Mladenovski as a Junior Software Engineer in our Skopje office.

After graduating from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje, Petar continued building his experience through hands-on projects, continuous learning, and a strong focus on practical software development.

Petar also completed the Init Summer School internship program, where he strengthened both his technical and collaborative skills while gaining real-world development experience.

Now, he officially joins the team full-time - continuing a journey we are especially proud to see grow from internship to career.

We look forward to seeing Petar continue developing alongside the team and contributing with fresh perspectives, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills.

𝘍𝘶𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵: Outside of work, Petar enjoys training, hiking, running, travelling, and working on creative side projects that keep him inspired and curious.

𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁, 𝗘𝗱𝗼𝗻 👋

We are excited to welcome Edon Ademi to the Init Skopje team as our new AI Enablement Lead - and the very first hire in the AI-focused team we are now building.

With a background spanning product and project management, Edon brings experience in leading complex software deliveries, with recent focus on AI-driven rapid prototyping and modern development workflows.

In his new role, he will help teams across Init explore, adopt, and successfully integrate new AI tools and capabilities into the way we work and deliver.

As AI continues reshaping software and industrial technology, we are looking forward to strengthening this competence further across the Group in the months ahead.

𝘍𝘶𝘯 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘵: Outside of work, Edon enjoys travelling, photography, philosophy, AC/DC, and prompt-driven development - and hopes to one day visit the deserts of California.
