Løsningen kobler medlemskap, booking og hotelloperasjon i ett integrert system. Gjesten møter et sammenhengende First Member-univers fra første booking til utsjekk; og hotellene får bedre verktøy for å bruke gjestedata aktivt, jobbe mer kommersielt med lojalitet og styrke sine direkte kanaler.
