Automation is changing how hotels operate.

Bodø Hotell is now using Bedify Smart PMS to simplify operations and enhance the guest experience.

With Bedify, guest arrivals and departures can be fully automated, creating a smoother experience for both guests and staff.

Combined with Locky tech smart locks, guests receive their access code automatically by SMS and email at check-in, and the code is automatically removed at check-out. No physical keys, no waiting in line – just seamless access.

All prices and restrictions are managed directly in Bedify and automatically pushed to all OTA channels, ensuring availability and rates are always up to date.

Invoices can also be sent directly from Bedify via email or EHF. With KID/OCR solutions, payments are automatically matched and marked as paid once the bank receives the payment.

Bedify integrates directly with several accounting systems, including Fiken, PowerOffice AS, Tripletex AS, and Unimicro, helping automate financial workflows.

Accounting data is automatically transferred when performing the end-of-day report, giving both the hotel and the accountant full control and peace of mind.

Looking for automatic price adjustments? Bedify also integrates with PMHR – Price My Hotel Room, enabling dynamic pricing based on demand and market conditions.

What a summer!

Summer has been great! And our customers have accommodated thousands of tourist in many fantastic locations!

CHECK-OUT OUR NEWEST FEATURE!

We're thrilled to introduce a powerful new feature in Bedify's smart PMS system: Minimum Stay Gap-Filling! 🙌

Many hotels optimize operations by setting a minimum stay requirement during high season – like 2 nights or more. This reduces daily cleaning and streamlines housekeeping. But here's the downside:

💡 Unsellable gaps appear between bookings that don’t meet the minimum stay rule — leading to lost revenue and wasted capacity.
Not anymore.

✨ With our new Gap-Filling feature, those in-between slots can now be sold — even if they don’t meet the minimum stay requirement. The system automatically rearranges bookings within the same room category to prioritize longer stays first. But when no more reshuffling is possible to fulfill the minimum night rule, it opens up the remaining gaps for shorter bookings — so you never miss a chance to sell.

As shown in the image, when Bedify can no longer rearrange bookings to fit a 2-night stay, it will automatically make that slot available for a 1-night booking instead!

Its time again for a release note on our new update! And its a BIG ONE!

Our developers have made some big changes on the latest update.
Our booking engine have undergone a major transformation.

The new booking engine is embedded, making it perfect for businesses with multiple hotel`s.

Guests can now easily select and switch between hotels directly within the booking engine.

We’ve set up a test credit card so you can make a demo booking and simulate a payment. Give it a try!

Also we updated the price plan setup in Bedify! Now, you can create a main price plan for all your updates while having a sub-price plan that automatically adjusts.

For example, you can set your sub-price plan to display prices on your homepage with a 15% discount compared to OTA platforms.
All changes are managed in the main price plan, and the sub-price plan will seamlessly apply the selected discount to your website pricing, ensuring consistency and simplicity.
