For an MVP, the real question isn’t “which tech is best?”—it’s how to balance time, budget, and reach.

In 2026, the practical choice is:
Unified Cross-Platform (Flutter / React Native) → one codebase, faster launch, lower maintenance, broader access.
Dedicated Native (Kotlin / Swift) → best for deep hardware and maximum performance, but two apps means more time and cost.

For the full breakdown + comparison table, see the blog. https://www.daxap.io/blog/cross-platform-vs-native-which-is-right-for-your-mvp

Today, DAXAP turns five.

Five years of building digital products and companies together with people who care about doing things properly, and doing them for the long term.

From day one, we’ve believed that real impact doesn’t start with technology.

It starts with clarity, with shared ambition and with the courage to make good decisions early.

Technology is powerful, but only when it’s built on the right foundation.

Over the past five years, we’ve learned (and relearned) a few things:
-The hardest problems are rarely technical.
-Alignment beats speed.
-Clear ownership beats endless discussion.
-Trust changes everything.

We’ve been fortunate to work with partners who want more than quick fixes, who are willing to ask the hard questions, make deliberate choices, and build solutions that are meant to last.

That’s what we’re proud of.
Not just what we’ve delivered, but how we’ve worked. Not just the systems we’ve built, but the foundations we’ve helped create.

Five years in, we’re still curious.
Still ambitious.
Still focused on technology that creates real, measurable impact.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far.
We’re just getting started.

You can have a strong product, real traction, and a solid story then a single question flips the conversation into finance mode:

“How predictable is your revenue?”
“What does your gross margin look like at scale?”
“Which assumptions drive that hockey stick?”
“How efficient is growth when LTV meets CAC?”
“What return profile does this create for investors?”

Startup Glossary is a simple A to Z series covering the terms you will hear in product, growth, finance, and fundraising, with clear definitions.

Volume 2 (Finance Focus):
Forecast, Gross Margin, Hockey Stick (projection), IRR, LTV.

Save this for later, share it with your team.
Next up: Volume 3 (K to O).

In software product management, the hardest moments usually sound like this:

“Everything is important.”
“We need this yesterday.”
“Can we just squeeze this in?”

Backlogs grow.
Focus disappears.
Teams slow down without realizing it.

This is where prioritization frameworks change the game.

They help product teams step back, see trade offs clearly, and make decisions that scale.

At Daxap, we help our customers build focus, and ship the right things faster.

If you are building software and struggling with the right focus-areas, let’s talk. [email protected]

Lost in tech terms?

Here are 5 concepts that come up in almost every product decision: authentication, authorization, latency, uptime, feature flags.

Once you know the difference, you ask better questions, spot risk earlier, and communicate faster with your team.

Save this for your next sprint!

When software is tied to outcomes, pricing should be too.

Hourly billing can work when scope is stable, but most meaningful products evolve as you learn from users, integrations, and real-world constraints. In that model, learning often turns into budget risk, planning becomes harder, and the conversation drifts from impact to time.

At Daxap, we use Solution-Based Pricing for projects where outcomes matter more than activity. We start with a collaborative discovery phase to define scope, boundaries, and success criteria upfront, then align on a fixed price for the solution (or a clearly defined phase).

Predictable costs. Clear accountability. Stronger partnership.

A new year is a great moment to reset, not by doing more, but by doing the right things in the right order.

At Daxap, we don’t just help you “create a roadmap.” We help you turn goals into a clear, practical ex*****on plan your team can actually run week by week. That means aligning priorities with real capacity, setting measurable milestones, surfacing risks early, and reducing production surprises.

The critical roadmap questions we help you answer:
What problem are we solving and why now?
Who is it for and what value will they feel?
How will we measure success (metrics and targets)?
What are we explicitly NOT doing this quarter?
What dependencies, risks, and delivery constraints exist?
Who owns what, and what is our decision and delivery rhythm?

What Daxap adds in practice:
Clear priorities, fewer “urgent” surprises, and a roadmap your team trusts because it is built for ex*****on, not just presentation.

If you want 2026 to feel calmer and more predictable for your product and your team, let’s talk.
