The Intellectual and Immaterial Bank by Wise Jester is a computational change agent, based on humor science, networks and game theory. The purpose is to encourage self-organization of vision-oriented collaborative forms, disruption of hierarchical models harming emergence of new ideas, and empowering of every single professional to become a change agent at an environment that would appreciate that
or could be initiated. Collaborations in IIB can be created directly by independent professionals, with their respect for the rights of others: operative workers, leaders, creators, misfits, youth or elderly, intuitive introverts, or other people wishing changes but being afraid to look stupid. In IIB, you do not look like a fool. IIB is blind: it does not need names, faces, statuses, or other labels to function. It encourages connections, based on shared vision, mental “hairstyles” and knowledge challenged and intersecting, all that driven by the users themselves. You can always knock on the doors of a collaboration or another independent professional and see what happens. IIB is for those who first do, then think, and the networked system will make your thinking visible to the others as your strengths. Collaborative environments, in their turn, can find either entirely new to them people or discover someone they know – from an unexpected side, relevant to the actual needs in change. Both sides may experience intellectual complementation and get challenged by the necessities to learn new knowledge. What is also good about IIB is that it is a machine, not a human interpreter. To collaborations, it shows their creative needs and makes them transparent to independent professionals – in blindness to names, sizes, or other labels. Only supply and demand in brightness count. “Cultures of failure” are encouraged: where failed expectations are treated as new information to move faster to the vision. IIB itself is one big experiment: would the people, who complain that the world is run by statuses and hype, prefer self-realization, in blindness to those? IIB encourages development and use of imagination in people. On the left side of the IIB screen you see your completed actions, whereas on the right side – opportunities. The more people using it, the better, because IIB runs on complexity.
